Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management – IAE, founded in 1955, is among the leading business schools in Europe and the only French State University Business School with the double accreditation EQUIS and AMBA.

The MSc Corporate Communication & Change Management is a unique professional master degree which prepares students to careers in communication (internal & external) and to change management. In companies, communications are often designed to entail changes and management of change needs clear communications. Communication & change management are two sets of activities that are strongly related to each other. Mastering the two, our participants double their career opportunities and their flexibility during the course of their careers.

All participants spend at least 6 months working in companies. Most of them chose to follow the MSc in apprenticeship. Six months after graduation, 100% of our graduates have found a job with an average salary of 35 K€. Graduates hold managerial positions either in communication departments of major companies (IBM, Airbus, Orange…), in communication agencies (Havas 360) or in consulting firms (Bain & co, Columbus Consulting).

In the MSc, a wide-ranging curriculum of areas of study is provided in communication (international and intercultural, strategy and branding, external, internal, lobbying, public relations, crisis communication …) including the most recent developments in digital communication, and in change management (at individual, group and organizational levels). Leadership abilities are developed with a deep sense of managerial responsibility. The originality of pedagogy relies on experiential learning in teams (management of a blog, consulting project for real companies, crisis communication during a real Army exercise, role plays) and many testimonies from professionals. A study tour at EADA, Barcelona, is organized in spring. Courses are delivered in French and English. Origins of participants are varied with a mix of nationalities and academic backgrounds.
