      Full time program : 50 % in english / 50 % in french

    Contenu pédagogique

    This MSc program lasts 15 months and is worth 90 ECTS credits. It is divided into 5 parts:

    • Common Marketing, Management & Communication content (30 ECTS): Most up-to-date academic skills in Marketing, Management and Communication, delivered by TBS faculty with a focus on new business models, digital marketing & communication, relationship marketing, new data intelligence approaches, social responsibility, cross-cultural management, project management and leadership.
    • Tourism and hospitality industry track content (20 ECTS): Academic and professional content in tourism and hospitality management including yield management, social responsibility in tourism and hospitality, airlines management, electronic distribution and global distribution systems,  hospitality models, multiculturalism, niche tourism, economy of tourism, business travel, digital and web communication.
    • 2 electives (10 ECTS): They allow for customization of the program depending on the student’s domains of professional interest or needs (examples of electives include: electronic management tools for tourism, blue chip tourism & hospitality players, operational business travel, product & brand management, CRM & social CRM, cross-cultural marketing, web design, etc.). These electives are taught by recognized professionals to help students get a first-hand managerial insight into their choices
      of specialization.
    • Internship or dissertation (30 ECTS): 4 to 6
      months, in a company in France or abroad, and validated through a professional thesis. Students can also choose to write up a dissertation without an internship.
    • Strong, project-based integration within French culture



    Hotels and Hotel chains: Assistant Director, Yield Revenue Manager, Marketing and e-Marketing Manager, Communication Managers, etc. Online or mortar travel agencies:  Product Manager, Web Marketing Manager, Area Managers, etc.
    Tour Operators: Strategic Managers, Web-Marketing Managers, Product Managers, etc.
    Global tourism industry:  environmental and green label management, development of equitable tourism, new business development, event managers, etc.
