3rd Phase: Develop and Globalise
> Examine how firms can grow profitably, including strategic decisions about entry, human and financial resource allocation and logistics.

4th Phase: Improve value and break business models
> Focus evolves into creation of longer-term value. As the enterprise has grown strong and powerful, it must also anticipate change - in competition and/or in environment - that could ultimately weaken it. Assessment in this phase considers quality of recommendations to develop long-term value for the company, the people and the planet.

5th Phase: Specialisation
