Taking into account the evolving market requirements for agile corporate managers with a geopolitically sensitive outlook, and the capacity to assess a range of corporate functions, the MSc in Global Management emphasises organisational fit across business sectors and industries. Specialised modules highlight the responsibility of business managers toward the great global concerns: the environment, technology, human rights, peace.
Designed to enlighten your international outlook, while sharpening your hard skills in courses related to finance and management in the corporate world, the programme offers a double degree option in partnership with the prestigious D'Amore McKim School of Business, Northeastern University (Boston). The programme provides recent graduates from business backgrounds with the opportunity to expand managerial and business knowledge and competencies and manage diverse entrepreneurial contexts. Students are also exposed to the analysis of real life dilemmas in the global and particularly European markets, involving not only operational issues but also questions of leadership, ethics and socio-economic responsibility. At the same time students are trained to develop self-awareness and build a solid personal management mindset. These two approaches deliver the classic training in international management and create a dynamic view of current developments in the business world. Moreover, particular attention is paid to developing soft skills: cross-cultural awareness, communication and negotiation, team management and leadership. To complete their degree, students present a Master’s thesis under the supervision of NEOMA BS staff. Following graduation students may apply for an extension for their visa for 12 months under conditions in order to search for a job in the EU.
